Sign-in doesn't work
- Check you're connected to the internet, then try again.
- If you closed the Apple or Google sign-in sheet early, tap the button again to restart it.
- Use the same Apple or Google account you signed in with before, or your progress will start fresh in a new account.
My progress didn't move to my new device
Sign in on the new device with the same Apple or Google account. Progress merges automatically: nothing you earned on either device is lost. Give it a moment on a slow connection.
I can't get past stage 15
From stage 16 on, Marble Lift asks you to sign in so your progress is saved to your account. Stages 1 to 15 can always be replayed without one. Your first sign-in comes with 10 bonus diamonds.
I'm stuck on one stage
After eight drops on the stage you're up to, Marble Lift offers to skip it. You can come back to a skipped stage any time from the stage map.
The ring is hard to control
- Short, gentle drags give finer control than long ones.
- Pull one cord a little more than the other to steer, and let a cord out by dragging up.
- On stages with loose cords, correct early: the ring keeps swinging after you stop.
- Open How to play from the title or pause screen any time.
